MonstersLoveMachines products are hand crafted in the UK and ship worldwide*, avoiding costly shipping or import charges from US based sellers. MLM also proudly sources merchandise and goods from the UK; British made whenever possible.

All our products are sent out in plain brown recyclable boxes with no labels or logos that express the contents inside being monstrous. Packing paper is recycled plain brown paper which is easy to dispose of without suspicion and our tissue paper is free of any adult patterns or logos. The return address is a generic PO address- keeping your purchases private.

If shipping overseas; the custom import forms and label will state ‘Silicone Sculpture’ as well as any other goods you may have purchased such as 'Stickers'' or ''Keyrings'.

When purchasing from within the UK, there are no import duty costs to pay. However, toys may come with duty costs if shipped outside the EU. Please check your postal authorities before ordering.

It is the customers duty to know what import charges may be applicable. MLM will not falsify documents for customers and is not responsible for any charges incurred.

* MLM will ship worldwide from the UK department direct, however excluding; India, Malaysia, Maldives, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. We cannot ship to those locations due to import laws on our specific goods. Our apologies, this is sadly out of our control.

Billing

Orders will not state what our Novelty Products are. They will be billed to MLM, a generic set of letters which would not draw attention. 

The names of our products are also not explicit in any way and their titles are after their characters, usually fantastical and whimsical names.
